How We Help
Mid West Simon community supports individuals and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing housing difficulties.
We support people without judgement, coercion, or discrimination. Our approach is founded on three key pillars:
Activation Activities & Life Skills Development
We help clients to find a new job, work on their CV, access education and take part in healthy and social activities or take up hobbies.
Care &
Case Management
Case Management
Every client gets an individual care plan to help them address difficulties that may be stopping them from moving out of homelessness.
Trauma-Informed
Practice
This involves understanding, recognising, and responding to the effects of all types of traumas.
